2.) Open Device Manager
TO GET TO DEVICE MANAGER USING WINDOWS 8 OR WINDOWS 10:
Move your mouse cursor to the very bottom left of the screen, and you will see a little box pop-up that allows you to change between the classic desktop or the start screen. While this little box is up, right click on it and choose 'Control Panel'. In the Control Panel screen, choose 'Hardware and Sound'. In the Hardware and Sound screen, choose 'Device Manager'

TO GET TO DEVICE MANAGER USING ANY OTHER VERSION OF WINDOWS:
Right click on 'Computer' on the desktop, and select 'Properties'. You can find Device Manager here, the exact position changes a little bit with each version of Windows. In Vista, it says 'Device Manager' on the right side.
3.) Find the CBAIV in Device Manager. It might be under 'Universal Serial Bus controllers' or 'Other devices', and it will probably have a yellow exclamation point next to it.
4.) Right click on CBAIV in the Device Manager and choose 'Update Driver Software'
5.) When it asks if you want to search automatically or browse your computer for the drivers, choose the browse option.
6.) You should be presented with a dialog asking for the location where you installed the drivers. If you installed the latest CBA software (click here to download latest software), the drivers come in a folder called 'CBA4 Drivers'. Browse to this folder and then press the NEXT button.
